We have a dedicated Operations Division which with each area per region having at least 3 sets of installers who have dedicated stores which they frequent daily to install, maintain or remove media whose installation period has ended.

 

Installers are briefed weekly, being given weekly schedules which they refer to as they move from one store to the next checking campaigns needing to be put up, or removed our replaced.

 

We have a set weekly pattern of frequenting our stores to Install latest campaigns; to check that current campaigns are still looking presentable as well as to fill-up any coupon/promotional campaigns whose leaflets/coupons may have run out
